Termn is a product of KindredPath LLC. The same name is on the terms you accept, on the checkout receipt, and at the bottom of every page. You can reach the people who build it at sales@termn.ai, and the reply comes from a person.
Termn is software for operating agreements you already have: it sequences the steps, keeps the follow-up going, and files the evidence. It is not a law firm, a bank, an escrow agent, or a money transmitter. It never holds your money, and it never takes a percentage of what an agreement moves.
A payment goes from one party’s bank to the other’s. Wire instructions stay sealed until the signatures are in, and they never appear in emails, links, or logs. A card or bank payment happens inside Stripe’s own payment page, settling to the receiving side’s own account; card numbers never reach a Termn server.
A settlement record is an evidence trail: who signed, what moved, and what proved it, each fact naming the bank statement, recording stamp, or person who confirmed it. It is not a certification of legal sufficiency, and we say so on every page.
The question behind “who are you?” is usually “what happens to my records?” So, plainly:

We publish real product facts and real prices, and nothing invented: no customer counts, no star ratings, no testimonials written for us. If a claim on this site can’t be checked against the product, it doesn’t go on the site. The way to judge us is the way you’d judge any counterparty: read what we promise, and notice what we refuse to promise.
Our own behavior: instructions sealed until signature, a claim never treated as receipt, follow-up that keeps asking, and a record you can hand to an accountant, an auditor, or opposing counsel.
Other people’s behavior. We never promise that someone else will sign, approve, or pay. Software that promises you other people’s money is selling something it doesn’t have.
Write to sales@termn.ai or use the contact form with what you’re closing. If Termn is the wrong tool for it, the reply says so. Asking commits you to nothing, and there is no call to book.
