Both sign. One pays. Prove it landed.

Sign & fund runs any counsel-approved document that has a payment attached: a bridge loan, a purchase, a settlement, a side letter. Signature to reconciled funds, with the evidence filed against the agreement.

Pay on the spot by card or bank debit through Stripe, or send a wire, ACH credit, or check against instructions that unseal at signature · Termn never holds the money

Your document, from signature to settled

No template required. You bring the agreement your counsel already approved, mark who signs and what moves, and Termn runs the sequence.

  1. 01

    Agree

Upload the document you already trust, mark the two signers, and set the payment expectation. Each side signs from one secure link.

  2. 02

    Move

Wire instructions unseal only when the signatures are in. The funder sends the money from their own bank, against instructions scoped to them.

  3. 03

    Prove

“I sent it” is filed as the sender’s claim. The agreement settles when receiving-bank evidence is confirmed by someone with authority.

The factWho asserts itWhat it’s worth
“I sent it” The sender A claim. Recorded and timestamped, always labeled as the sender’s claim. Never treated as receipt.
“It arrived” The receiving bank Evidence. A statement or confirmation from the receiving institution, filed immutably against the agreement.
“It’s the right money” An authorized person on the receiving side Confirmation. A person with authority matches the evidence to the expectation and settles the payment.

The instructions stay sealed until signature

Wire fraud starts with account details sitting in an inbox. Termn reveals your instructions only after the agreement is executed, only to the person who owes the payment, on a link scoped to them. Any change to those instructions is a reviewed event, never a quiet edit.

What you hold at the end

A settlement record naming who signed and when, what moved, and what proved it: the sender’s claim, the bank’s evidence, and the confirmation. An evidence trail you can hand to an accountant, an auditor, or opposing counsel without assembling anything.

Bigger deals run the same way: a SAFE round, a trust funding, a client SOW with a deposit. Sign & fund is the plainest of them.

What the other side sees

One document, one payment, two parties. This is everything the other one sees.

  1. 01

    One email, one link

An email sent through Termn in your name carries one secure link to the agreement. It opens in the browser: no account to create, no app to install, nothing to pay.

  2. 02

The document first, the money second

The agreement is on the page, ready to sign. Only after both signatures are in does the page reveal the payment instructions. What is asked of them is always one specific thing, named in plain words.

  3. 03

    Confirmed in writing

Every act is confirmed by email, to them and to you. If they hesitate, Termn does the reminding for seven days, so the awkward follow-up is never yours.

No account and nothing to install · They never pay Termn anything unless you assign the activation to them · A lost email is re-sent from /my, any time

Already writing the email? Cc it.

Most of these deals start as an email thread that already names the other side, the amount, and the thing being sold. Write to start@termn.ai, or cc it on the email you were sending anyway, and the draft sets itself up from your own sentences. Nothing goes out until you publish it in the app, signed in.

Open the draft with the blanks marked, or read how starting by email works, including what it will never do from an email alone.

One price, at send time

Your first workspace is free. After that $149 once activates a workspace forever, covering that deal and any that follow it there. The other side never pays anything.

The other side can pay the $149 for the workspace instead: assign checkout to them at send time. Paying never grants authority over the agreement. See all pricing.

Common questions

Can I use my own document?
Yes, that is the point. You bring the agreement your counsel already approved; Termn never drafts, selects, or interprets it. You mark who signs and what moves, and Termn runs the sequence.
When does the other side see the wire instructions?
After the signatures are in, not before. Sealing the instructions until the agreement is executed is how wire details stay out of inboxes and out of fraudsters’ reach.
What does “reconciled” mean here?
Three separate facts, never collapsed: the sender’s claim that money went out, the receiving bank’s evidence that money arrived, and a person with authority confirming it is the right money against the agreement.
Does Termn touch the money?
No. Termn is not a bank, an escrow agent, or a money transmitter, and it never holds funds. Money moves from one party’s bank to the other’s; Termn tracks the instructions and the evidence.
What do I have at the end?
A settlement record: who signed, what moved, and what proved it. An evidence trail you can hand to an accountant, an auditor, or opposing counsel.

Before you decide, how this actually works

Plain explanations of the transaction itself, free and open, with the statutes and rules they rest on named and linked.

  1. Why wire instructions should not travel by email

The fraud does not break anything. It waits for the right moment and sends a correction.

  2. A payment went to the wrong account: the first hours

Recovery odds fall by the hour. This is the order to work in.

  3. Are electronic signatures binding, and where do they stop

Almost everywhere, yes. The exceptions are the documents you care most about.
