Termn is not a law firm and gives no legal, tax, or investment advice. It does not draft, select, or interpret your documents. It is not a bank, escrow agent, broker, or money transmitter, and it never holds, sends, or controls your funds. Payments are made by you, through your own institution.
A completed step in Termn records what was submitted and when. It does not certify that a document is legally sufficient, that title to any asset transferred, or that any obligation was discharged.
You are responsible for the content of your documents, the accuracy of banking details you enter, the authority of the people you involve, and your own legal and tax compliance. Verify payment instructions independently before sending money.
Fees are shown before purchase and never vary with the number of signatures, documents, or the amount of money involved.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Termn’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
