The draft comes with the blanks marked. Fill them in, hit send, and the reply is your agreement, set up.
There is no form to fill in. Plain sentences carry everything the draft needs, and if something’s missing, the reply asks for it.
Name the agreement and the details: who signs, who pays, how much. Attach the document your counsel approved, or add it later in the app. Write to start@termn.ai directly, or cc it on the email you were already sending. Say the details in your own sentences — quoted and forwarded history is deliberately never read, so an old number in the thread can’t sneak into your draft.
Termn replies on the same thread with exactly what it set up: the people, the amounts, the document. Nothing has been sent to anyone. If a detail is missing, the reply says which one.
Change anything by replying in plain words. When the draft matches what counsel approved, open it in the app, review each step, and send it from there.

Every email to start@termn.ai opens a fresh thread for a fresh agreement, and only replies on that thread shape that draft. Once you send the agreement, the thread locks: from then on, changes happen in the app, where you’re signed in. A stray email, however convincing, can’t reconfigure a deal that’s already out.
The inbox can create and revise a draft, and that is all it can do. It cannot send an agreement, sign, approve, move money, or change wire details. Each of those keeps its own secure step, in the app or on a scoped link, exactly as if the email interface didn’t exist.
First time writing in? The reply is a sign-in link. Accept the terms, reply to the same thread, and your request continues where it left off.
