Start free. Stay free until the work grows.

A workspace is one thing you are closing: a round, a client matter, a sale, a family’s trust file, with every agreement it takes held inside it. Your first one is free and complete, and the people you send to never make an account or pay a cent. Not a trial: no clock, nothing switched off, and we never count signatures, documents, or dollars.

One live workspace free · $149 once for each workspace after that · $199 a month for five seats and workspaces you stop counting

Workspace Pass

Your second workspace and every one after it, bought one at a time. Covers every agreement in that workspace, now and later, plus a week of automatic reminders each time you send one. Nothing recurring.

  • Unlimited agreements in this workspace
  • Secure links for signing and payment, with no accounts on the other side
  • Seven days of automatic email reminders per agreement
  • A settlement record when everything is done

The other side can pay instead: assign checkout to them at send time. Paying never grants any authority over the agreement.

Operator

The only plan with room for other people: five seats, plus 1,000 new workspaces and 10,000 agreements a month.

  • Five seats: the only way to bring your team into Termn
  • Then $49 per month for each additional seat
  • Up to 1,000 new workspaces each month
  • Up to 10,000 agreements each month

The caps are fair-use headroom. A busy desk won’t reach them. If yours does, you’ve outgrown the plan; talk to us.

Subscribe for $199 a month

Pay now, then sign in with the same email and name your organization. The subscription attaches to it automatically. Or start free and subscribe from settings later.

The questionSoloWorkspace PassOperator
How many workspaces? One, live and free. Unlimited agreements inside it, with no clock on it. One more, $149. Buy another whenever a deal needs one. Each stays active forever. Up to 1,000 new ones a month, plus 10,000 agreements. Headroom, not a meter.
How often do you send? One deal, start to finish, for nothing. A few a year. Each workspace pays for itself once. Two or more a month. Two passes already cost more than a month of Operator.
How many people on your side? One: you. Adding anyone to your organization requires Operator. Still one. Passes buy workspaces, never seats. 5 seats included, then $49 per month each. The only plan that holds a team.
How many on the other side? As many as the deal needs, on every plan including the free one. Everyone you send to works inside the workspace you sent from, so what you buy is workspaces, never people.
Who is it for? A founder closing one round, a family funding one trust, anyone testing us on something real. A firm with occasional closings that would rather not hold a subscription. Desks: paralegals, counsel, and operators who run deals as their working week.
What’s always included? Unlimited drafts, seven days of automatic reminders per agreement, money tracked to arrival, and a settlement record when it’s done.

A workspace stays active for good, whether the free one, a pass, or a subscription activated it. Stopping a subscription pauses seats. Workspaces stay active, and so does anything already sent.

Why the free one is real

A crippled free tier would teach you nothing about whether this works, and we would rather you find out on a deal that actually matters. So the free workspace is the product: the same links, the same reminders, the same reconciliation, the same record.

No expiry, no downgrade trap
Nothing you activate is ever switched off, and no agreement stops mid-flight because a plan lapsed. A deal you start free finishes free, however long it takes.
Nothing is sold on the side
What Termn learns from operating your agreements is yours. We don’t sell data, and we never take a percentage of the money or assets an agreement moves.

Managed Close

When email reminders aren’t enough, a named completion specialist takes over the follow-up for one workspace: email and logged phone calls, no cap on attempts or hours, until the outcome you named is reached or there’s a definite reason to stop.

We never promise that someone else will sign, approve, or pay. We promise to keep asking, and to log every attempt where you can see it.

Common questions

What's the catch?
There isn't a hidden one. The limits are the two written on the page: one live workspace, and one person. Nothing inside the free workspace is switched off, watermarked, or time-limited, and a deal you start free finishes free however long it takes. We are betting that finishing one deal here makes the second one worth paying for.
What happens when I need a second workspace?
You buy one for $149, once, and it stays active forever. Or you subscribe and stop counting. Your free workspace is unaffected either way.
Can I add someone to my organization without subscribing?
No, and that’s the one hard line in the pricing. Workspaces can be bought one at a time; seats only come with an Operator subscription. Sending agreements to other people is always free for them: participants never need accounts.
What happens to my team if I cancel?
Seats pause; nothing is deleted. Your workspaces stay active, agreements in flight keep running, and everyone comes back exactly as they were when the subscription is current again.
Do the people I send agreements to pay anything?
No. Participants never need accounts and never pay. If you prefer, the other side can pay the workspace activation instead of you: assign checkout to them at send time. Paying never grants any authority over the agreement.
Does Termn charge per signature, document, or dollar moved?
No. The workspace is what you pay for. We never count signatures or documents, and we never take a percentage of the money or assets an agreement moves.
Can I ask a question before choosing?
Yes. Write to sales@termn.ai with what you’re closing and we’ll get back to you. Asking commits you to nothing.
