Account details, the organizations and contacts you create, the agreements and documents you upload, the evidence you record, and the emails Termn sends on your behalf.
Receiving instructions you enter are stored for the purpose of showing them to the person you are asking to pay. They are never placed in emails, links, analytics, or ordinary logs. Senders are never asked to connect a bank account to Termn.
Participants receive single-purpose links tied to their email address. We record that a link was opened and verified. We do not track opens or clicks for marketing.
Evidence, signatures, and audit records are kept as immutable records for as long as your organization exists, because their value is that they cannot be quietly changed.
We share data with the providers that run the service (payments, email delivery, storage) and with no one else, except where the law requires it.
