Tools

Working instruments for the arithmetic nobody hands you: what a stack of SAFEs costs you when the round lands, and what it actually takes to get a signed trust to own anything.

Each one runs in your browser, on your numbers, with nothing to sign up for. We ask for an address in exactly one place: at the end, if you want the result emailed to you so it is still there in six months.

Tool 01

SAFE round calculator

What your SAFEs actually cost you when the priced round lands.

Enter your SAFEs and the round they convert into. This works out the cap table afterwards: what each SAFE converted at, what the new investors bought, and the one number a stack of SAFEs is designed to hide, which is what the founders go from and to.

Computes the post-round cap table, the round's price per share, and the price and ownership each SAFE converted at · Needs your current fully diluted share count, one line per SAFE, and the priced round you are modelling · How Termn runs SAFE financing

Tool 02

Trust funding checklist

A signed trust that owns nothing does nothing. This is the list.

Tick what you own. This builds the funding schedule: one row per asset naming how it moves into the trust, who has to sign, and what proves it is done. It is the same list, in the same words, that Termn runs a funding engagement on.

Computes a funding schedule: the verb, the paperwork, the signer, and the evidence for every asset you named · Needs ten seconds and a rough idea of what you own · How Termn runs Trust funding

Why these are free, and what they are not

They compute, they do not advise
Each tool works out what you typed and names every convention it used. None of them recommends a cap, a discount, a structure, or what belongs in a trust. Where a real fork exists, the tool asks instead of assuming.
Nothing is behind an address
The whole answer is on the page before anything is asked of you. Putting a calculator behind a form is a way of finding out how many people will fill in a form, which is not a thing worth knowing.
Your numbers stay in your browser
There is no request behind the arithmetic. Your caps, your raise, and what you own never leave the page unless you ask us to email you a copy, and then they travel because that is what the button says.
Termn is not a law firm
It is software for operating agreements you already have. These tools are arithmetic and checklists, never a substitute for your own counsel, who decides what is right for your situation and drafts the documents that carry it.
