Every estate platform and every drafting suite ends at the same cliff: a signed trust and a list of assets nobody has moved. The funding desk is the execution side of Termn's assisted transfers, offered on its own. Schedules go in from whatever software drafted the plan; institution-grade evidence comes back.

Works from any drafting platform’s output · Flat per-transfer pricing, never a percentage of asset value · Counsel decides every asset; the desk moves paper
Drafting software ends at the document. Funding ends at a county recorder, a transfer agent, and a branch visit for a medallion guarantee. That last mile is manual everywhere, and it is the part the desk does one asset at a time.
The institution’s own retitling or designation form prepared for the owner’s signature, sent, and chased until the confirmation comes back. A sent form proves nothing; the desk works each one to the institution’s written answer.
Deed packets submitted for recording, by mail or e-recording where the county offers it, and the recorded instrument tracked back with its stamp and number. A rejection is recorded and routed to counsel, visibly.
Transfer agents and brokers coordinated until the registration is reissued in the trust’s name. Medallion signature guarantee requirements are recorded before they become surprises, because they are reliably the slowest step.
Every transfer lands on one schedule per client with the evidence attached · Done means the institution’s own record, never a typed note
The desk moves paperwork, and only paperwork. It is never trustee, custodian, or nominee, and it never holds an asset, a key, or a dollar. Counsel decides what belongs in each trust and drafts every instrument; the desk executes and keeps evidence. Your client relationship stays yours: the desk works the institution side of each transfer, and everything it produces is delivered to your side, not around it. Termn is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.
Pricing is a flat amount per transfer, set by what kind of transfer it is: never a percentage of what the asset is worth, and never an hourly meter. Write to sales@termn.ai with a rough mix (so many deeds, so many account retitlings, so many designations) and the quote comes back in one reply. Asking commits you to nothing.
Not sure what the book even needs? The funding audit reads your files first and hands back the denominator: what was named, what moved, what never started.
